The portal can be accessed using any web browser and the Driver App is available for both iOS and Android devices.
The portal includes a Resource Center with walkthroughs, guides, and links to our Help Center with a detailed breakdown of all the features and functionality available on the platform. There are resources for both Fleet Managers and Drivers, and if you have additional questions we are always available for direct support.
Descartes GroundCloud syncs to your FCC to automatically pull manifest data into your account to create your routes for each day. Once a driver is assigned to a route, manifest and navigation will be available to that driver when they login to the Driver App.
Descartes GroundCloud offers a heavy-duty tablet mount that can be installed into your vehicles for purchase. Any other mounting device will work as long has it keeps vision of the roadway clear!
Unlimited data plans are available from providers, listed on our partners page or call in for latest offers. We also offer the ability to lock down iPads so that only relevant apps can be accessed.
