QualCert Refund and Discount Policy
At GroundCloud, we strive to provide a seamless and enriching learning experience for all our Qual-Cert and TTT students. In line with our commitment to maintaining the quality of our services and ensuring fairness to all our customers, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and discount coupons for students who fail to attend their first scheduled class:
- No-Refund Policy: GroundCloud does not offer refunds for students who fail to attend their first scheduled class. Once a student enrolls in a course, the enrollment fee is considered non-refundable, regardless of whether the student attends the class or not.
- No Discount Coupons for Missed Classes: Students who miss their first scheduled class are not eligible to receive discount coupons for future classes.
- Rescheduling Options: In the event that a student is unable to attend their first scheduled class due to unforeseen circumstances, GroundCloud may consider rescheduling the student in a future class, free of charge, at its discretion, subject to availability and agreement between the student and GroundCloud.
- Communication and Cancellation: It is the responsibility of the student to communicate any inability to attend the first class to GroundCloud in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of any rescheduling options.
- Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of GroundCloud management, taking into consideration extenuating circumstances.
By enrolling in a Qual-Cert or TTT course at GroundCloud, students acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this refund and discount policy. GroundCloud reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
