Short, captive safety trainings are automatically delivered twice weekly when drivers login to their Driver App. These modules must be completed before accessing route and manifest data, ensuring completion as part of drivers’ daily workflow.
Descartes GroundCloud supports iOS and Android devices, so drivers can access training either on fleet-provided tablets or personal mobile devices; fleet devices are preferred for the best compliance.
Proactive trainings are automatically delivered multiple times per week to maintain compliance standards. Additionally, supplemental trainings can be assigned for professional driver training specific to your operation.
Training modules remain active in queue (up to 3 modules) when the driver next logs into the Driver App; detailed records of all assigned and completed modules are available in the Descartes GroundCloud portal.
