Here are the instructions for GroundCloud customers to make sure they are compliant with Safety reporting to ARC (Accident Reporting Center).
Step 1. Go to mygroundbiz and log in.
Step 2. Navigate to Safety and choose Qualified Driver Safety Training Program – ISP (see image below)
Step 3. The GroundCloud Customer will then be taken to the Qualified Driver Safety Training Program – ISP page below.
Step 4. The Customer will then fill out the ARC Safety Solutions form and choose their Vendor (GroundCloud) and then hit Submit. (pictured below)
Step 5. The GroundCloud customer has now completed the process to make sure they are compliant with the Qualified Driver Safety Training Program Reporting. (FedEx Requirement for all CSP’s)
