Pricing is based on maximum daily drivers; if your operation runs between 15-20 routes during a month depending on the day, you are billed at 20 for the month.
Pricing is based on maximum daily drivers. You can add as many drivers as you like to your account, and you are only billed based on the number active on a given day. Driver Safety is included, but additional Driver Safety subscriptions can be added.
Example: If you run at most 20 drivers/routes, but have 25 drivers enrolled in Driver Safety, you are billed for 20, plus five Driver Safety subscriptions.
Pricing for VEDR service is per active device each month. If you have 20 active vehicles with VEDR installed in a given month, you are billed for all regardless of how many were active on a given day. Vehicles can be marked out-of-service to avoid charges while undergoing maintenance or not being used.
All of our pricing is month-to-month with no contracts required.
Descartes GroundCloud is purely software-based; the portal is available on any web browser, and the Driver App can be downloaded on personal mobile devices (iOS and Android).
VEDR is hardware-based and requires purchase and installation of devices.
