When FCC is DOWN

Please do the following:

1. Upload your Inbound Package Report (IBPR). Watch this video how.

2. Click on CSA in your GroundCloud Management portal

3. Click on the “Estimated” button

4. Click on the sidebar to open it up.

   

5. Click on a route with stops

6. For each route, click on “Copy to Actual”

   

7. Make sure your routes are assigned to drivers

8. Have your drivers use the box scanner in the GroundCloud Manifest app to verify stops
