How FedEx Managers Can Help When the FCC is Down – NVS Reports

When the FCC is experiencing an outage, there are backup solutions in place to keep your operation up and running. Here’s a workaround we recommend.

If you, the station, or the P&D manager are looking for the file path to find the NVS report, here’s where you can find it:

  • FedEx employee (Admin, P&D, manager) logs into the fedEx system.
  • Business Objects
  • Vision Folder
  • Preload Scanning
  • The exact file you need is titled “.SS Inbound Scans with NO Van Scan.rpt”
      • This exact report is the correct option.
      • IT NEEDS TO BE UNMODIFIED. It CANNOT be edited or it will fail in GCio.
      • Please be aware that there are a few other reports with similar names (7 day, during sort, etc) and those are NOT THE correct report.
